Biography

Benedict F. Christ, LL.M. is a partner and co-head of the corporate/M&A practice group at VISCHER, a leading Swiss full service business law firm with dedicated industry focus groups, including a strong real estate group. Ben joined VISCHER in 2002 and specializes in mergers & acquisitions, real estate, contracts and corporate law. He has a wealth of transactional experience and regularly advises on real estate matters. Recent examples of Ben's real estate work include Poscom's sale of an international hotel portfolio and Baloise's acquisition of the listed real estate company Pax Anlage AG that included a purchase from the majority owner as well as a public offering. Ben speaks German, English, Spanish and French.
