Biography

Claudia S. Mathiasen is partner in Winsløw Law Firm, a boutique real estate law firm based in Copenhagen. She holds a law degree from University of Copenhagen (1997), and has also studied law at University of Cologne and University of Cambridge. Furthermore she holds an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School. Her practice is focused on international relations and commercial contracts including commercial lease contracts, real estate transactions and court- and arbitration cases. Furthermore she is a board member in a number of organizations and companies. She is entitled to appear before the Danish High Court (2001) and before the Danish Supreme Court (2006).
