Maria Wolleh

Biography

Maria Wolleh is a German Rechtsanwältin and partner of kallan. Previously she was a partner in Mannheimer Swartling’s German offices which became independent as kallan end of 2016. Maria specialises in real estate and company transactions. She has advised many Nordic real estate funds in relation to their investments in Germany, and advised Scandinavian companies on German company acquisitions and establishment in Germany. She has been a board member of German subsidiary companies and serves as Vice-president and on the board of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Germany. Maria is the immediate past chair of the IBA's Women Lawyers' Interest Group (WIG) and is currently a member of the WIG Advisory Board.
