Under Michael Dressen’s supervision, CBRE Switzerland has published the annual Retail Report Switzerland since 2015, which has established itself within a short space of time as a recognised source of information for retailers and owners in Switzerland. Michael Dressen is a Professional Member (MRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
