Biography

Mr. Jiang is a Senior Partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng, one of the top eight “Red Circle” law firms in China. He is admitted to All Mainland Provinces/China, New York/USA, and Ontario/Canada. Mr. Jiang studied and researched laws for 14 years in top law schools within and outside China, holding LL.B., M.Jur., LL.M. and J.D. degrees. Mr. Jiang is based in Beijing, China and is a leading practitioner in corporate governance and compliance, WTO/international trade, sanctions and export control, antitrust/competition, administrative law and judicial review, cross-border investments and transactions, and international litigation and arbitration.
