Biography

Shuva Mandal is a lawyer with more than 20+ years of legal advisory experience. He specializes in Corporate Commercial law and as the Managing Partner of Fox Mandal & Associates, heads the firm’s operations in Southern and Western India. Since 1996, Shuva has been a partner of Fox Mandal, the firm co-founded in 1896 by his great-grandfather, Mr. G. C. Mandal. His practice includes advising clients on inbound investment into India including entry strategy, corporate governance, M&A and joint ventures. He has also advised clients on disposal of companies, private equity & securities transactions, and public offerings of debt and equity.
