Biography

Somasekhar Sundaresan is a counsel practicing in India with focus on regulatory litigation practice covering securities law, exchange controls, competition law and company law. Until July 2016, Somasekhar was a partner of J. Sagar Associates, a national law firm, and headed the firm’s financial sector regulatory practice. Since August 2016, he is practicing at the bar with a focus on regulatory litigation.
