Biography

Vineetha MG is one of the founding partners of Samvad Partners. She has more than 15 years’ experience in advising clients on private equity investments, cross-border and domestic M&A, and banking and financing transactions. Vineetha also regularly advises clients on issues arising out of corporate governance, domestic anti-corruption laws as well as foreign anti-corruption laws in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing transactions. Vineetha is recommended and ranked in Chambers& Partners Asia Pacific 2018, Legal 500 2018 and Global Law Experts. She has currently won the AI Global “Most Influential Women in Private Equity Investment 2018 “- India. Samvad was formed by the merger of various regional practices in Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai to form a truly national firm, now with offices in Delhi and Hyderabad as well. Our five offices across India give us the reach and coverage required for a comprehensive pan-Indian practice. The firm has grown steadily in size over the years to its present headcount of nearly a 100 (lawyers and staff).
