Biography

Mr. Akshay Chudasama is the Managing Partner of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and heads the Firm’s practice in the Mumbai Region. Akshay has a wide corporate commercial practice with expertise in crossborder M&A and Private Equity across a range of sectors, particularly, Real Estate, Insurance, Media, FMCG, manufacturing and retail. Akshay advises both foreign companies entering India and Indian companies in their outbound acquisitions. Akshay has been rated as a “Leading Lawyer” by IFLR.
