Vishnu Jerome heads the Firm, Jerome Merchant + Partners. Vishnu’s principal practice areas are banking & finance, M&A, private equity and regulatory. Prior to founding Jerome Merchant + Partners, Vishnu Jerome was a partner with AZB & Partners, where he worked for over seven years. Vishnu advises a diverse range of clients ranging from some of the largest financial institutions both in India and abroad, such as Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Kotak, Altico, KKR and domestic conglomerates such as Mahindra Lifespace and Tata Motors
