Biography

Ipsita Dutta is Executive Director and Head of Legal for India at Morgan Stanley in Mumbai. She has been with Morgan Stanley since November 2016. Prior to this, Ipsita has spent more than a decade in private practice having worked at Amarchand & Mangaldas, Suresh A. Shroff & Co and thereafter at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas where she was a Partner and Head of the Financial Regulatory Practice Group. Ipsita completed her law degree from the National University of Juridical Sciences in Kolkata, India and was enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
