Biography

Nicholas Spearing is the head of Davis Polk & Wardwell's UK and European anti-trust practice. He has nearly 40 years' experience in high-profile antitrust matters, acting for leading companies in a broad range of transactional and behavioural practices cases in the UK and at European Commission level, as well as delivering global clearances. He has particular expertise in the financial services, technology, retail and leisure sectors. He is regularly called upon to assist, at a broader level, in delivering industry-wide solutions to regulatory and consumer concerns.
