Daniel Daeniker
Biography
Daniel Daeniker is the Managing Partner of Homburger and previously was head of the Corporate | M&A practice Team. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, particularly cross-border transactions, and on corporate governance. Other areas of work include capital markets law, particularly equity offerings and IPOs, and financial services regulation. Daniel Daeniker has spent most of his professional career with Homburger AG, where he has been a partner since 2000. He was head of the Corporate | M&A practice group from 2009 to 2014 and has been Managing Partner since 2013. He also chairs the India focus group of Homburger. Daniel Daeniker is a member of the board of directors of dormakaba Holding AG, where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee, and of Rothschild & Co, where he is a member of the Risk Committee. He is a lecturer in law at the University of Zurich, a member of the University of Chicago Law School Council, and a member of the editorial board of the legal periodical GesKR (Zeitschrift für Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht).
