Biography

Haigreve is a senior partner and heads the Corporate/M&A and Private Equity practice at the firm. He is also the co-founder of the Mumbai office and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Haigreve advises companies, boards of directors and financial institutions on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and other corporate and securities laws matters.
