Biography

Sandrine Giroud is a partner at LALIVE specializing in high value domestic and international litigation. She primarily represents clients in complex multi-jurisdictional proceedings, in particular in fraud litigation & asset recovery, commercial & private client disputes, with a passion for art law and human rights.She has particular expertise in enforcement of foreign judgments, attachment and cross-border insolvency proceedings, international legal assistance, and public international law including business & human rights.She has also a strong expertise in private client disputes, representing HNWI in contentious trust & estates proceedings, and on all art-related legal issues representing collectors, art market professionals and museums.
