Biography

Sandra Sophia Redeker is a Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Her practice is focused on strategic advice and litigation concerning intellectual property rights, in particular trademarks, designs, trade secrets, copyrights, domain names, unfair competition and false advertising. She has extensive experience in all matters relating to prosecution and enforcement of intellectual property rights, handling proceedings before the German courts (including preliminary injunc-tion proceedings), the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union, the German Patent and Trademark Office and the EUIPO. Sandra advises on complex IP conflicts, multijurisdictional trademark clearance, border seizures and anti-counterfeiting measures, multijurisdictional trademark clearance, the development, defence and prosecution of world-wide trademark and design portfolios as well as on developing marketing campaigns and merchandising strategies.
