Biography

A graduate of the University of Kent, Canterbury, England and Georgetown University, Washington D.C., Nicolette is admitted to practice in England and Wales, Nigeria, and Antigua and Barbuda. She is the principal of a commercial law practice in Antigua representing financial institutions, business and corporate clients in a wide range of commercial matters. She has represented liquidators and court appointed receivers in cross border insolvency, restructuring and asset recovery proceedings involving significant worldwide assets under recovery. She is ICC Fraudnet’s representative for Antigua and currently serves as Regional Representative, Central America on the Asset Recovery Subcommittee of the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee.
