Jitka Logesova

Biography

Jitka Logesová is an analyst at the Czech Supreme State Prosecution Office.As an attorney at law she gained over 20 years’ experience of advising leading international groups, financial institutions, and other major investors on large-scale transactions in CEE. Jitka has led a number of internal investigations related to allegations of bribery in, for example, the Pharma, IT, Energy and Construction sectors. She advised a global life science and healthcare company on an FCPA investigation of alleged improper payments to healthcare providers in several countries in the CEE region. She is now advising the Czech Supreme State Prosecution office on issues which relates to corporate criminal liability and compliance defence.
