Biography

Eike advises national and international clients on corporate law and compliance. He is specialized in strategic compliance advisory, compliance investigations and the set-up, implementation and development of compliance structures and measures. He has particular expertise in corporate governance issues, board matters and company group law issues. Eike coheads the compliance practice of Gleiss Lutz. Profile Eike studied at the University of Saarbruecken, Freiburg and Cambridge (LL.M. 2005). Since 2015 he is with Gleiss Lutz. Eike was previously a partner at a prestigious compliance boutique firm in Frankfurt/Main. He already worked at Gleiss Lutz from 2011 to 2012. In 2014, Eike took up a lectureship in compliance at the University of Bayreuth. Eike speaks German and English
