Biography

Christina Pan Marshall, Oracle Managing Counsel for Compliance and Ethics, Europe. Prior to joining Oracle, Christina served as a Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in New York and Washington, D.C. While at the SEC, Christina prosecuted several high profile matters involving violations of the securities laws, including violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Before joining the SEC, Christina worked as a litigator for Sidley & Austin LLP in New York defending companies in complex federal and state court litigation and in response to regulator inquires.
