Biography

Graeme Hamilton is a Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, based in Toronto, Canada. Graeme is an experienced trial and appellate counsel whose practice focuses on white collar criminal defence, government and internal investigations, securities regulation, competition law, and general commercial litigation. Graeme is the national co-leader of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP's Investigations and White Collar Defence Group.
