Biography

Academic background Law Degree, University of Lisbon, Faculty of Law. Post-graduation in Management and Corporate Law, Nova University of Lisbon, Faculty of Economics. Post-graduation in Energy Law, University of Lisbon, Faculty of Law. Professional experience (VdA) Ana Luís joined VdA in 2001 and is currently partner of the Projects - Infrastructures, Energy & Natural Resources practice. In such capacity she has been involved in several transactions in Portugal, mainly focused on the energy sector (including renewable energies), oil&gas, infrastructure sector, water and waste sector and Health Public-Private Partnerships, acting either as legal adviser to the administrative authorities, sponsors and financial institutions (in particular, investment banking and EIB). She has also been actively working in regulation of such sectors. Member of Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association.
