Biography
Sara Gonçalves, born in Lisbon in 1983, Graduated from the University of Lisbon – Law School in 2006, specialized in Public Law, started working at Garrigues Portugal in the same year in the Department of Real Estate, Planning and Zoning Law, rendering legal assistance mainly in the areas of Public and Administrative Law (specifically in what regards Environmental Law and Energy Law), notably: - Legal assistance in the developing and licensing of wind farm projects, mini-hydro plants projects, photovoltaic projects, hydro plants projects and combined cycle plants, - Legal assistance in environmental, hydrical resources and C=” emissions licensing procedures. While working at Garrigues, in 2008, attended postgraduate studies in Planning, Zoning and Environmental Law at the University of Coimbra – Law School and in 2010, attended an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration for Lawyers at the Catholic University of Lisbon – Law School. On July 2011, started working at the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department at Endesa Portugal, ENEL Group rendering legal assistance mainly in the areas of Generación and Trading of electricity and gas, B2B and B2C Markets notably: - Legal assistance in the developing and licensing of hydro plants projects and combined cycle plants, - Legal assistance in pre-litigation procedures and litigation procedures, - Legal assistance in society and commercial law, - Legal assistance in all the juridical matters related with the development of the above referred businesses. While working at Endesa, in 2017, attended postgraduate studies in Data Protection Law at the University of Lisbon – Law School.
