Biography

Marc is Director, Legal, for EDF EN Canada based out of Toronto. Marc joined EDF EN Canada in 2010. He is responsible for EDF EN’s legal matters across Canada including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, development, financing, construction, procurement, operations, as well as general corporate and inhouse matters. In addition to his Canadian responsibilities, Marc works on US matters for EDF EN Canada’s US affiliate, EDF Renewable Energy. Prior joining EDF EN Canada, Marc served in legal roles at Shell Canada and the law firm of Aird & Berlis LLP, all based out of Toronto. Marc received his LLB and MES from Osgoode Hall Law School, in Toronto, and his BA from McGill University in Montreal.
