Biography

Mr. Kimball Chen is Chairman of Energy Transportation Group, Inc., an LNG and LPG logistics developer, and Chairman of the Global LPG Partnership, a UN backed Public Private Partnership which assists developing countries to scale up their LPG sectors. Mr. Chen has advised many governments in regard to LNG and LPG strategy. He is a past President of the World LPG Association, the global voice of the LPG industry, and is a member of the ICC G20 CEO Advisory Group, which makes the global private sector policy recommendations to the G20. Mr. Chen's activities include the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trustees of the Eisenhower Fellowships and other boards. He holds the Harvard BA degree magna cum laude (1973) and MBA degree (1978).
