Gonzalo Delaveau

Biography

Gonzalo Delaveau obtained his law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (1990) and a graduate certificate from the Academy of American and International Law, International and Comparative Law Center of the Southwestern Legal Foundation in Dallas, Texas (1993), he has extensive experience with complex, innovative corporate, financial and commercial transactions on both domestic and international markets, also with projects in the energy, mining, public concessions and natural resource areas. Prior to joining our firm, he served as of-counsel at Aninat Schwencke y Cía., (2012-2014) and was a partner at Guerrero, Olivos, Novoa y Errázuriz (2000-2012). Before that, he worked as chief counsel for the corporate area at The Chase Manhattan Bank in Santiago, Chile, and as an associate at Ossandón, Uribe y Hübner.
