Biography

Peter Fissenewert is a Partner at BUSE. His core areas of practice are corporate law, restructuring and insolvency, and compliance. He is one of the leading advisors and authors in these areas and a renowned keynote speaker on the subject. Prior to his career in legal practice and after having served as CEO of an SME group, he was speaker for the Berlin Ministry of the Interior.
