Partner in the Corporate/M&A practice group at Demarest Advogados (São Paulo, Brazil). Graduated from PUC/SP in 1997. Received her LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and the International Tax Program at Harvard University in 2000. Worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in New York for 2 years. Member of the Foreign Trade and International Relations Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association. Vice-President of the Harvard Law School Association of Brazil. Member of the Harvard Business School Angels of Brazil and Co-Chair of Harvard Women Alliance in Brazil. Highly recommended by Chambers Latin America, Chambers Global, LACCA, Latin Lawyer and Legal 500. Author of some books and articles published in Brazil and abroad.
