Biography

K. Luan Tran has over 20 years of experience as lead counsel in complex jury and bench trials in the U.S. and international arbitration hearings worldwide. He practiced international arbitration for several years with Quinn Emanuel, the world's largest litigation-only law firm. He also co-founded and headed the arbitration practice at LTL, honored by the National Law Journal as one of the top ten litigation boutiques in the U.S. Luan was a member of the Board of Directors of the American Arbitration Association and the ICDR. He recently joined YKVN in Singapore to handle the increasing number of Vietnam-related international arbitration matters in the region. Luan has three law degrees, two from Canada and one from Harvard Law School.
