Biography

Diala Minott is a Corporate partner in the London office of Paul Hastings. Mrs. Minott specialises in debt and credit funds with a particular focus on direct lending funds both regulated and unregulated, including onshore and offshore structures. Her practice also encompasses CLO equity and risk retention funds as well as other structured finance transactions, including bespoke mid-market CLO type funds, CLOs and CDOs.
