Biography

Neerav has more than 27 years of experience in handling and strategizing dispute resolution and arbitration matters (including advising on enforcement of foreign judgments and awards), has advised on internal investigations and anti-corruption matters, as also handled government affairs, IT/Outsourcing & Licensing, and real property matters. Prior to AQUILAW, Neerav was a Partner with Majmudar & Partners for little over 17 years and his total work experience spans across various sectors, namely, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and industrials, automobile, oil & gas, telecom, insurance, banking, FMCG, information technology (IT), and real property. Neerav has been active member of International Bar Association and was an officer at the Litigation Committee, of the IBA. Neerav regularly speaks at international conferences and seminars and has periodically been recognized / ranked by the Chambers Asia Pacific, the Chambers Global, Asialaw Leading Lawyers, Who’s Who Legal, Practical Law Company and Indian Lawyer and the likes. He has completed his B.Com, with Jai Hind College, University of Mumbai (1993), and did his LLB, K.C. Law College, University of Mumbai (1996). He also qualified as a Solicitor in December 1999, with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.
