Biography

Guy Pratte is a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, and divides his time between the Toronto, Ottawa and Montréal offices. Guy focuses his practice on commercial litigation (including class actions), administrative law and constitutional law, and is consistently recognized as a leading lawyer in these areas by the foremost legal rankings directories, although he is also often retained in complex cases of all types. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Guy pleads frequently before the Supreme Court of Canada as well as before the Superior and Appeal Courts of Ontario and Québec, and the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal.
