Biography

Dr Donlon was appointed Registrar in April 2016. She managed the establishment of the Chambers during 2015-16 and previously the Bosnian War Crimes Chambers. A highly experienced senior court administrator and a respected academic and lawyer, Dr Donlon was Deputy Registrar at the Special Court for Sierra Leone and the Bosnian War Crimes Court. She obtained her Doctorate in Law at the Irish Centre for Human Rights at the National University of Ireland with the thesis
