Biography

Rikke Schiøtt Petersen is a partner in Gorrissen Federspiel’s practice group for Capital Markets and Corporate/ M&A and advises on all aspects of capital markets and M&A. Rikke has advised a wide spectrum of corporate clients as well as private equity funds and other institutional investors in a number of public and directed offerings of equity, public tender offers for listed companies, private M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations. Rikke also has extensive experience in advising clients on general corporate law matters as well as Danish listed companies on Danish securities law aspects, corporate governance matters and executive remuneration. Rikke is a member of the Danish Corporate Governance Committee and Vice Secretary of the IBA Securities Law Committee.
