Biography

Tom Fagernäs represents clients in domestic and cross-border corporate transactional assignments and securities law matters. He also has broad experience in the fields of finance and capital markets. Prior to joining Krogerus, Tom worked for another leading law firm in Finland. He has also worked at J.P. Morgan investment bank in London.
