Biography

Eva Schram is a senior associate at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. She specialises in financial law, regularly advising banks, investments firms, insurances companies, pension providers and investment fund managers on market access questions and ongoing obligations. Eva also works on cross-border M&A transactions involving financial undertakings and coordinated international regulatory approval and notification procedures. Furthermore, Eva has extensive experience in assisting both pension funds and employers in complex pension transition processes.
