Biography

Sina Sipasi Over the last 13 years Sina advises clients on energy and natural resources related transactions in Nigeria. He has been involved in the privatisation of government owned power utilities, development of gas fired and solar power utilities, acquisitions and disposals of petroleum concessions (in Nigeria, Chad, Ghana), gas utilisation projects and solid minerals exploration and development projects.
