Co-head of ‘Energy and Natural Resources’ and ‘Public Law and Regulatory’ practices. Primary focus on upstream oil and gas industry, coving international, constitutional, regulatory, contractual, tax, M&A, project and environmental matters. Advice on energy and renewables, and mining and natural resources, for project structuring, foreign direct investment, dispute resolution and government matters. Law of the sea specialist, member of the list of arbitrators of the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. Lecturer on public international law, constitutional law and petroleum and energy law.
