Biography

Debora Denizot was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She graduated Bachelor in Law from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and has a LLM from IBMEC and a MBA from HEC Business School, Paris. Debora has worked for Vale’s legal department in Brazil from 1998 to 2010 having spent 3 years in Mozambique during that period, and she rejoined Vale in 2014. Since 2017, Debora is legal manager at Vale International, in Switzerland. Debora has also worked for Cleary Gottlieb in New York and White & Case, in Paris. Her main areas of expertise are project finance and infrastructure, M&A and banking. Of Portuguese mother tongue, Debora is also fluent in English and French.
