Biography

Simone Rivabella is a Legal and Policy Analyst at the Anti-Corruption Division of the Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs of the OECD. He joined the OECD in 2017 and is currently working for the OECD Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia (ACN), one of the regional outreach programmes of the OECD Working Group on Bribery (WGB). Prior to joining the OECD Simone worked as a practicing lawyer in Italy, in the fields of financial criminal law and legal persons’ liability. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Università degli Studi di Genova and an LLM in European Economic and Financial Criminal Law from the University of Luxembourg.
