Biography

Francisco studied at the Argentine Catholic University and graduated in 1999. Some months before he obtained his degree, he joined BULLÓ ABOGADOS. At the firm he is the partner in charge of one of the Corporate Teams advising corporations in M&A, banking, restructuring and litigation. He holds an LL.M at Austral University of Argentina and has participated in many conferences related to Commercial Law. He has been a full professor of Case Study and Law Practice and Ethics at Argentine Catholic University since 2008. He is member of the Buenos Aires Law Society where he is the former president of its Young Lawyers Committee and also former member of its board. At the IBA he serves for the LARF.
