Biography

Norm Keith is a senior partner practicing in the areas of employment, regulatory and white collar defense and government investigations, in Canada and internationally. He advises, teaches and writes extensively in the areas of corporate governance, compliance and risk management. Norm has an active White Collar Defense and Government Investigation practice. H is a members of the ABA White Collar Crime Committee. He has authored a number books on the subject including, Corporate Crime, Accountability and Social Responsibility in Canada (2nd Edition), Insider Trading in Canada (2nd edition) and Canadian Anti-Corruption (2nd Edition)
