Biography

Stefan is Partner at Pohlmann & Company, Compliance and Governance Advisory Inc., advising clients on the design and implementation of compliance management systems. He is a recognized expert in the evaluation of the effectiveness of compliance programs and currently acts as independent compliance monitor for the World Bank Group. He also is part of a monitor team in a US DoJ/SEC FCPA enforcement matter. He is Board member and Treasurer of Transparency International Canada. Before joining Pohlmann & Company, he held several compliance management positions at SNC-Lavalin and Siemens, where he implemented comprehensive compliance management systems.
