Biography

Carlo Pavesio is Senior Partner of Pavesio e Associati and former partner of Allen & Overy and of Brosio, Casati e Associati. His experience is mainly focused on contentious and non-contentious matters, in corporate and contractual law advising domestic and international clients. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganization, generation transfers, governance and trust. He also has arbitration and litigation expertise. He has authored a number of articles and given several lectures on international contract law and EU law. He serves as director of listed and non-listed companies.
