Biography

Rodrigo is the head of Brazilian firm Mattos Filho’s London office. He advises businesses on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, reorganizations, divestitures, restructurings, corporate disputes and corporate internal investigations. For more than 20 years, he has assisted non-Brazilian clients entering the Brazilian market and their Brazilian subsidiaries in their strategic Brazilian law matters. Rodrigo is an Officer of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee of the IBA.
