Biography

Elena joined ALRUD in 2005 having worked in the field of taxation and accounting for 5 years. She leads the key projects of the tax practice in ALRUD connected with international and domestic tax planning, M&A transactions as well as corporate restructuring and project financing. During the last two years, Elena assisted in a number of large restructuring projects driven by significant changes of the Russian tax law and practice of its application. She provides clients with the professional advice on a diverse range of complicated tax issues including specifics of the cross-border taxation and communication with the Russian tax authorities.
