Biography

Kristel Tijsterman is a corporate tax partner of Atlas tax lawyers in Amsterdam. Before joining Atlas in 2012, she worked with Loyens & Loeff from 2005 until 2012. Kristel became partner in December 2016. Kristel advices corporate clients and entrepreneurs on their day to day tax affairs, reorganisations, (cross border) mergers and acquisitions and real estate investments. She has a strong emphasis on Dutch corporate taxation and the international tax aspects (tax treaties / EU Directives) her clients are dealing with. Kristel regularly publishes articles and is a co-writer with the NDFR.
