Biography

Mrs Díaz-Súnico specialises in advising international clients (multinationals, ad venture-capital and private-equity entities) on acquisitions, disinvestments and restructurings, with particular focus on companies with investments in Spain and Latin America. She also advises international private clients on their wealth and succession planning as well as in their relocation to Spain. Mrs Díaz-Súnico is admitted to practice in Argentina and Spain.
