Biography

I have a broad background in business tax law and represent a number of Danish and international banks, private equity and venture funds, property investment funds, pension and life insurance business and listed companies concerning taxation matters. My areas of advice encompasses the national and international taxation aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and refinancing, including tax issues related to corporate organisation, financial products, pension and life insurance business and incentive structures for management and key employees.
