Biography

Guillaume Jolly is a partner of the law firm BDGS. He was previously a partner at Gide. Guillaume specialises in French and International tax law. His practice specifically focuses on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring,real estate transactions and management packages.
